Twenty-two years leave a trail

Since 2004 more than 12,000 case files have come through the practice, of which we have completed over 3,000 commissions. We prefer to put it that way, with the database in front of us, because it is the same rigour we apply to a floor slab: the figure before the flourish.

The series that makes us unusual: more than 1,000 aluminosis lab tests, and still counting — 2025 was our record year. Behind that come 330+ construction projects and site supervisions, 1,000+ certificates issued over the years, 140+ expert reports and around a hundred building inspections (ITE).

Each circle is a town where we have worked; its size is the number of commissions completed since 2004. The city of Barcelona alone accounts for 1,928. The figures come from our internal case register — we only count completed work, not quotes.

Counted by the town where the property is (44 towns with 6 or more commissions; occasional work in another 80). No addresses: every client's privacy stays intact.

Four commissions that explain the practice

Film and video studios at the PAC in Terrassa. €3.2 million: an unusual commission, with acoustic and services requirements that look nothing like residential work.

Office building on Carrer Aragó and a guesthouse on Fontrodona, Barcelona. Two million between them, in dense city fabric and with every constraint that implies.
